Bart Behr was licensed by the Texas Supreme Court in 1994 to practice in Texas. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the Southern District of Texas. Mr. Behr received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Texas Tech School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University. Since receiving his license to practice law, he has practiced in courts throughout the state - from Sherman to Corpus Christi and from Tyler to El Paso.
Mr. Behr's legal career began in Arlington, Texas where he practiced exclusively for several years before expanding his practice to other areas of the state. Today, his practice is limited to personal injury claims, social security disability claims, and commercial and other areas of civil litigation with offices located in San Marcos (principle office), Victoria and Arlington.

Tracy Reyes Franklin received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Ms. Franklin was licensed by the Texas Supreme Court in 2008 to practice law. Ms. Franklin received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Washington University School of Law in Saint Louis, Missouri. While in law school Ms. Franklin founded and served as President of the Latin American Law Students Association in 2006; Vice President of the Women’s Law Caucus in 2006; Diversity Chair of the Student Bar Association from 2006-2007; Vice President of the Dispute Resolution Society from 2006-2007; Project Coordinator of the Refugee Asylum Seekers in 2006; Board Member for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Regional Competition in 2006; Vice President of the International Law Students Association in 2005; and member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity from 2004-2005.
Ms. Franklin's honors and awards while in law school included being on the Dean’s List in the Fall of 2004 and the Spring of 2005; receiving the Academic Achievement Award in Legal Writing in 2005; receiving the award for Legal Research and Writing Best Brief, Respondent in 2005; receiving the Gephardt Institute for Public Service Fellowship in 2006; receiving the Whitney R. Harris Travel Grant Award in 2006; receiving the African and African-American Studies Department of Washington University Travel Grant Award in 2006; serving in the Civil Rights and Community Justice Clinic in 2006; and receiving a Public Service Distinction in 2006.
Since Ms. Franklin's graduation from law school she has worked as an Assistant District and County Attorney prosecuting all manner of criminal cases, as well as a Criminal Defense Attorney in Hays, Comal, Travis, Williamson, Bastrop, Bell, Burnett, Lampasas, Lee, and McCollough Counties.
